Delivery Coordinator – LPG Scheduling & Analytics

About the role

Origin is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join its LPG Scheduling & Network team in Melbourne. The role blends operational delivery coordination during the summer peak with data‑driven analytics in winter, supporting one of Australia’s largest LPG distribution networks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate LPG deliveries and optimise schedules to ensure safe, on‑time supply for customers.
• Analyse forecasting outputs and telemetry data to prioritise deliveries, improve network efficiency and maintain smart‑device data integrity.
• Maintain a network of over 25,000 telemetry devices, ensuring accurate data across Salesforce and other data platforms.
• Partner with Operations, Supply, Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve issues, enhance processes and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Provide coverage for peak annual leave periods and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in scheduling, logistics coordination or workforce planning, preferably within transport, supply chain or field operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, forecasts and trends for operational decisions.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Proactive, organised approach with a focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
