Data Scientist – Retail Media & AI Innovation

About the role

As a Data Scientist in Endeavour Group’s Data Science Chapter, you will drive Retail Media model development and advanced experimentation across agile squads. You will work with large, complex datasets, modern AI tools, and cloud platforms to build end‑to‑end predictive models that deliver actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain and optimise predictive machine‑learning models for Retail Media.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and statistical experiments from scoping through tracking and optimisation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics and business teams to enhance data capabilities.
• Communicate technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with solid grounding in statistics and experimental design.
• Hands‑on experience processing large‑scale data on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
