About the role
Join AWS Infrastructure Services to install, configure, and maintain the hardware that powers the AWS cloud. You will work in large data centers, collaborating with engineers and logistics teams to ensure reliable server, storage, and network operations.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure racks of hosts according to internal SLAs.
- Diagnose and repair server, storage, and network devices, including physical part replacement.
- Remediate power issues on racks and participate in power and cooling events.
- Perform shift work on a 4‑days‑on/4‑days‑off rotational schedule, including night shifts.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.
- At least 1 year of experience with computer networking.
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for site travel.
- Ability to lift and rack equipment using lifting equipment.
