Data Analyst – Client Service Team

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Client Service Team in North Sydney. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will turn raw data from CRM, finance and client feedback tools into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data from multiple sources including CRM, finance systems and client feedback tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs related to client service, operational efficiency and business growth.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies and provide recommendations to the Operations Manager and senior leadership.
• Support client service teams with ad‑hoc analysis to improve response times, satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and standardise reporting processes.
• Automate recurring reports and enhance data integrity across systems.
• Present findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders using data visualisation tools.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a service provider, professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (power queries, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R (optional).
