Cyber Security Engineer – Identity & Access Management

About the role

Super Retail Group is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer specialized in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, implement and maintain IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IAM and PAM solutions ensuring the right access to the right systems at the right time.
• Integrate identity solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services while supporting governance, risk and compliance objectives.
• Provide operational support and on‑call availability for urgent security issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IAM, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate solution designs into practical outcomes and work collaboratively with project teams.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud service providers (CSP).
• Knowledge of Single Sign‑On (SSO) technologies and federation protocols such as SAML and OpenID Connect.
• Design and implementation of Role‑Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• Working with APIs, REST, SCIM.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and ERP systems (desirable).
