CX Premium Care Consultant

About the role

Veolia is looking for a CX Premium Care Consultant to be the primary point of contact for Premium and National Key Account customers in Keysborough, VIC. You will deliver exceptional service through voice and written communications, leveraging your waste collection industry knowledge and customer‑service expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming Tier 1 enquiries from Premium Care and National Key Accounts.
• Provide first‑contact resolution and maintain service level agreements.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle personal and team cases, contributing to process improvements and business initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong problem‑solving focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol screening and national police clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Experience using SAP.
