About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Mable, you will be the frontline of our healthtech platform, assisting users in a high‑volume inbound call centre and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Mable community in a high‑volume inbound call centre, supporting additional channels as needed.
- Provide empathetic, compassionate service and resolve or appropriately escalate customer issues.
- Offer information, advice, and guidance to help users achieve their goals on the platform.
- Educate users on maximizing Mable’s features based on individual needs.
- Advocate for customers, ensuring their inquiries are fully resolved.
- Supply insights and feedback to broader business teams for process and platform improvements.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and follow team procedures.
- Meet individual and team KPIs and undertake other duties as required.
