Customer Support Centre Advisor

About the role

As a Support Centre Advisor you will be the friendly, warm and knowledgeable voice welcoming new customers into the Resthaven community, guiding them with trust, dignity and respect.

Key responsibilities

• Build warm, genuine connections with prospective customers, families, carers and advocates.
• Share clear, accurate and reassuring information about Resthaven services.
• Follow up with next steps, resources and record customer details in the CRM.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Resthaven to continuously improve support.

Required profile

• Passion for great customer service and a warm, human communication style.
• Real empathy that shines through every conversation.
• Confidence with systems and ability to move smoothly between tasks.
• Collaborative nature with a genuine passion for positive outcomes.
• Experience in customer service, contact centres, or aged/community services.
