Customer Support Advisor

About the role

TPG Telecom is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join its dynamic team. In this role you will manage complex customer cases, negotiate resolutions and act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. You will help maintain TPG’s reputation for excellent service while supporting a vibrant, connected community.

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalated customer queries, applying independent judgement to reach satisfactory outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, concise notes of all customer interactions.
• Communicate progress and resolutions to customers within defined timeframes.
• Utilise company systems and support tools to deliver consistent solutions.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant TPG products and services.
• Liaise with other departments and key stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Escalate trending complaints and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Achieve individual performance targets aligned with KPI requirements.
