Customer Success & Technical Account Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Global Program Director, Digital Mine, you will partner with the Support Manager to deliver world‑class post‑installation support for the Collision Avoidance System (CAS). You will be the primary contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of services across all customer SLAs and be accountable for SLA margin performance.
• Facilitate periodic SLA review meetings, escalating key issues and risks.
• Monitor open support cases to ensure timely resolution and transparent communication.
• Proactively manage customer spares inventory and advise on appropriate stock levels.
• Analyze customer needs, suggest upgrades or additional features, and liaise with sales to win new business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a similar customer‑service focused role with strong commercial skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and coach team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and results‑oriented mindset, with willingness to challenge norms.
• Experience in the mining industry is an advantage.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel, including occasional international trips.
