Customer Success Manager

About the role

CIM is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the success of complex commercial building portfolios. You will embed CIM’s AI‑driven platform into daily building operations, turning real‑time insights into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of commercial buildings, building strong relationships with asset managers, operations teams and engineering partners.
• Lead regular performance reviews, ensure clarity on system behaviour, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Configure and drive adoption of the PEAK platform, aligning alerts, fault detection and workflows with real‑world performance.
• Provide technical leadership across HVAC, BMS and building systems, guiding root‑cause analysis and recommending improvements.
• Mentor Customer Success Engineers, fostering technical development and best‑practice sharing.
• Oversee onboarding and commissioning of new buildings, ensuring data quality and system connectivity.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Building Services Engineering.
• 6+ years experience in HVAC, BMS, building services, commissioning or energy roles.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Passion for sustainability and improving building performance.
