Customer Success Manager, Economics Intelligence Solutions

About the role

The Customer Success Manager for Economics Intelligence Solutions partners with Mastercard’s global clients to help them extract measurable value from macro‑economic and location‑based insights. You will act as the trusted advisor who guides customers through the adoption, implementation and ongoing use of the Economic Intelligence (EI) product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively engage customers to enhance their knowledge of Mastercard’s EI solutions.
• Lead the delivery of new and complex EI products, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to tailor solutions to specific industry needs.
• Identify growth opportunities and support the scalability of the EI portfolio across the region.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in client‑facing roles, preferably within financial services or data‑driven solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, with a focus on delivering customer value.
