Customer Solutions Delivery Lead – Pilot Operations & Enablement

About the role

Viscount, a leading sustainable packaging provider, is seeking a Customer Solutions Delivery Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of national pilot programmes. You will work across commercial, operations, supply chain and sustainability teams to turn complex customer requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and launch Viscount's national Pilot Program operating model.
• Lead a portfolio of customer pilots, defining scope, success measures, timelines and governance.
• Coach a small national delivery team to ensure effective implementation.
• Track pilot performance across operational, financial and sustainability metrics.
• Develop recommendations on go/no‑go decisions, scale‑up opportunities and key learnings.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support handover, implementation discipline and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Organised, commercially aware and confident working with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to balance customer expectations, operational realities and delivery risk while maintaining pace and discipline.
• Experience in project delivery, customer solutions, operations, supply chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills, turning insights into practical recommendations.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with confidence working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
