Customer Solutions Advisor (Part-time)

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Advisor you will be the champion for Vodafone customers, helping them discover the right technology solutions for their daily lives. This part‑time, on‑site role is based in Robina and offers a flexible schedule across three or more shifts per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with the best value solutions that match their lifestyle.
• Troubleshoot technical queries and guide customers in using the Vodafone app.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest devices, accessories and promotional events.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service on the shop floor.
• Support customers in selecting plans, devices and accessories.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic communicator with a genuine interest in technology.
• Adaptable, positive and eager to learn about new gadgets and trends.
• Enjoys helping people and can maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Flexible availability to work across a minimum of 15.25 hours per week.
