Customer Service Representative – Retail Store

About the role
Join the Reddy Express team in Rockhampton North as a Customer Service Representative. You will create a welcoming environment for guests while keeping the store clean, stocked, and ready for sales.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product availability.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including cash handling and stock replenishment.
- Promote store specials and a wide range of products.
- Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for merchandise as needed.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Flexible availability, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and core shift on Mondays 16:00‑midnight.
- Eagerness to learn product details and store promotions.
