Customer Service Representative – Retail Banking

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the public face of the branch, delivering a seamless banking experience to personal and small business customers. This entry‑level position offers the chance to help customers with everyday banking needs and support their financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cheques, transfers and foreign exchange transactions.
• Conduct financial health checks and identify appropriate products or services.
• Assist customers with cash and ATM procedures.
• Demonstrate in‑branch technology and digital banking options.
• Accurately reconcile transactions and follow the bank’s risk and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for customer service and interest in banking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to ask the right questions.
