About the role
Reddy Express, part of the OTR Group (over 1000 retail, convenience and quick service restaurants), is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Chatswood Road store. The role focuses on delivering great customer experiences and keeping the store clean, stocked and welcoming. It is a fast-paced position where multitasking and good time management are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming
- Promote the wide range of products and specials
Required profile
- Focused on outstanding customer service
- Comfortable working alone and within a team
- Able to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Availability for flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and promote products and specials
- Confirmed Australian working rights and a current police clearance certificate
