Customer Service Representative

About the role

B. Braun Australia is looking for a professional and organised Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Service team in Norwest, Sydney. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the single point of contact for customers across orders, pricing, products and returns for B. Braun's product range. The role suits someone who wants variety and responsibility, with secure on-site parking and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers by email and phone, answering questions and resolving concerns courteously and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal B. Braun customers, logistics providers and 3PL warehouses.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution, covering invoices, credit and return requests, backorder ETAs and PODs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex customer issues and projects.

Required profile

• Ideally 5+ years of customer service experience in medical devices, pharma and healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability and a flexible, accountable approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.

Required skills

• SAP experience is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
