Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Aveo’s award‑winning Customer Service team as the first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, families and internal teams. Based at the Newstead corporate office, you’ll work Monday‑Friday with a 7 am start to support communities nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders and deliver exceptional service.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries, qualify leads and transition customers to sales experts.
• Respond to email, web‑chat and Facebook enquiries as required.
• Maintain accurate call records and meet KPI targets while fostering a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a genuine interest in connecting with seniors.
• Energetic, problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• People‑focused mindset; call‑centre experience is not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.

• $29.98 per hour plus superannuation (equivalent to $66,349 per annum including super).
