Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Assist with complex requests, escalations, and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer‑facing role such as customer service, healthcare administration, retail or hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Full working rights in Australia and genuine interest in healthcare and medical technology.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM, ERP or customer service platforms such as Salesforce, SAP or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in handling customer escalations, complex enquiries or complaint resolution.
