Customer Service Representative

About the role

Metroll Perth is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for its customers. You will work closely with sales, production and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery, supporting a well‑established Australian manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Provide product information and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive and solutions‑focused attitude.

• Strong computer literacy and confidence using business systems.
