About the role
The Customer Service Representative joins ResMed’s Customer Care Team to provide first‑line support across phone, email and chat. You will help customers with product enquiries, order processing, warranty issues and general complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email and chat, meeting service level agreements.
- Process orders for medical supplies and equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer account records and document all interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and achieve service and sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
- Strong English language proficiency and computer literacy.
- Ability to work autonomously, follow established processes and solve problems with limited supervision.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with order processing and data‑entry tools.
