About the role
Civica is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the Fines Victoria team supporting the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety. You will be the first point of contact for citizens who need help understanding and managing their fines, providing clear guidance and a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Explain fine options, payment processes and compliance requirements.
- Follow documented procedures to record interactions and resolve issues.
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate data entry in Civica’s systems.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to a rotating Monday‑to‑Friday roster.

- Permanent full‑time role with a starting salary of $72,828.97 AUD (inclusive of super).
