Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals and admissions.
• Support emergency presentations and patient arrivals.
• Assist with estimates, billing and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, reception or client‑facing roles.
