About the role
Norwest Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Officer for a medical company based in Seven Hills. The position is a temporary 6-month contract with an immediate start, and the candidate must be able to commit to the full length of the assignment. The advertised rate is $37.50 per hour plus superannuation.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders
- Answer phone and email enquiries about stock availability, estimated delivery times and pricing
- Process sales order returns and issue credit notes
- Maintain the database and enter data
Required profile
- Experience in customer service and order processing
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Availability to commit to the full length of the assignment
Required skills
- Experience with Excel
- Intermediate level of MS Office
