Customer Service Manager – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

This senior position will lead and optimise the end‑to‑end customer operations function for a technical products and solutions business. You will own service delivery, drive operational effectiveness and embed best‑practice frameworks across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Customer Service team, establishing clear processes and service standards.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to align cross‑functional processes and enhance customer outcomes.
• Manage escalations, monitor performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to drive sustainable improvements.
• Develop measurable performance standards and foster a culture of accountability and customer excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer operations, experience or service teams in technical, industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with exposure to pricing administration, quoting and service delivery optimisation.
• Passion for building structure, improving processes and delivering superior customer outcomes.
