Customer Service Coordinator – Yatala

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will be based at our Yatala distribution centre, providing responsive support to customers across phone, email, live chat and face‑to‑face interactions. This full‑time permanent position works Monday to Friday and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and in‑person, delivering exceptional service.
• Resolve delivery and service issues by collaborating with warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams.
• Provide timely updates on deliveries, collections and service requests.
• Support customer collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with stock verification and other operational tasks within the distribution centre.
• Maintain accurate customer information across business systems.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service and efficiency.
