Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

UniLodge Edith Cowan University - Bunbury is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join its team on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. UniLodge provides a home away from home for student residents and aims to foster a safe, secure and healthy living environment. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, can be both quiet and busy and is comfortable standing.

Key responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience
• Assist with enquiries about student residency, studies, general needs and wellbeing
• Monitor and report concerns about resident safety and wellbeing, escalating them as needed
• Coordinate and carry out administrative duties such as incoming and outgoing mail and filing

Required profile

• A background in reception or hospitality is helpful
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
• A "we care" attitude
• National police check and unrestricted work rights in Australia
