Customer Service Manager - Student Accommodation

About the role

UniLodge Edith Cowan University - Bunbury is seeking a passionate and motivated leader to run its student accommodation operation. The role leads front-line operations, improves the resident experience, drives occupancy outcomes and keeps the day-to-day running of a vibrant student community.

Key responsibilities

• Run a warm, professional front desk experience, resolve issues efficiently and set the standard for resident service
• Own the leasing journey from enquiry to move-in, convert leads, maintain high occupancy and support business growth
• Recruit, train and mentor the Customer Service Coordinator and Residential Advisor teams
• Deliver resident experiences through events, support initiatives and the Residential Life Program
• Maintain safety, compliance and reporting standards and support continuous improvement

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality or a UniLodge setting
• Experience in hotels or accommodation focused on outstanding guest or resident experiences
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia

Required skills

• Proficiency with technology and confidence using administrative systems
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
