Customer Service Consultant

About the role

St John WA, a not-for-profit healthcare provider serving Western Australia since 1922, is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join its Training and Equipment department. The position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) and based in Belmont. The consultant delivers prompt and professional customer service for first aid needs and helps grow sales and student enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and act on all phone calls and emails accurately and within the expected time frame
• Help students use the systems, access information and identify outstanding requirements for course completion
• Identify customer needs and recommend and book appropriate First Aid training courses or product sales
• Promote and sell St John WA products and services to increase enrolments
• Ensure RTO compliance requirements for enrolment in first aid courses are met

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Professional attitude and outstanding work ethic

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
