Casual Customer Service Consultant

About the role

St John WA, a not-for-profit healthcare organisation serving Western Australia since 1922, is looking for a Customer Service Consultant for its Training and Equipment department in Belmont. The successful candidate will complete 2 weeks of full-time training over 5 days a week, then work close to full-time hours until early February 2027. The role delivers first aid customer service and helps grow sales and student enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and act on all phone calls and emails accurately and within the expected time frame
• Help students use the systems, access information and identify outstanding requirements for course completion
• Identify customer needs and recommend and book appropriate First Aid training courses or product sales
• Promote and sell St John WA products and services to increase enrolments
• Ensure RTO compliance requirements for enrolment in first aid courses are met

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Professional attitude and outstanding work ethic

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
