About the role

Repco is hiring a casual Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) in Rosebud to provide after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment. The role focuses on giving every customer a great shopping experience in person, by phone and online, while maintaining a safety-first approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide genuine service and create positive moments with customers
• Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
• Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member

The role involves lifting, bending and climbing. Applications are open to people without industry knowledge.
