Customer Sales & Service - Casual

About the role

Repco is hiring a casual Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant in Pakenham to provide after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment. Repco wants every customer to have a great experience in person, by phone and online. The role involves occasional deliveries and ad hoc driving, so a current driver's licence is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and create memorable moments with customers
• Use strong customer service to support positive sales performance
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture

Required profile

• Available to work weekends and flexible with hours throughout the week
• Current driver's licence preferred, as the role may involve occasional deliveries and ad hoc driving
• Willingness to lift, bend and climb
• No industry knowledge required
