Customer Resolution Representative

About the role

The Customer Resolution Representative will join NSW Fair Trading’s Rental or Strata & Property teams to deliver fair, transparent and timely outcomes for consumers and businesses. Working in a hybrid environment, you will support safe and informed marketplaces while upholding empathy, accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality resolution services for rental, strata and property complaints.
• Deliver information on rental laws and assist with dispute resolution and mediation where required.
• Collaborate with the Customer Resolution Team to resolve complaints fairly and consistently.
• Identify and report poor conduct to promote fair outcomes across the sector.
• Support regulatory priorities such as underquoting and misrepresentation by selling agents.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary $84,659 – $92,701 per annum plus superannuation.
• Ongoing full‑time permanent position.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 2‑3 days per week office attendance (Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Gosford or other regional locations).
