Customer Operations Representative

About the role

Toyota Finance Australia is expanding its Customer Operations Team and is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve customers across a range of brands at the Caribbean Park office in Scoresby, Victoria. The role starts on 23 November 2026 and is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid arrangement of 2 days per week in the office (one anchor day and one day of your choice). The contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 7pm.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to solve their car loan and insurance queries across a variety of brands
• Help customers meet their vehicle finance needs
• Handle on average 50-60 calls or emails per day
• Meet targets for average handling time, quality assurance, roster adherence and post-call surveys
• Provide excellent customer service and make recommendations for improvement

Required profile

• Strong customer service experience with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
• Experience in a fast-paced or KPI-driven environment preferred but not mandatory
• Previous contact centre experience is advantageous; retail, hospitality, banking, insurance and administration roles are also welcomed

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong active listening
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and multiple systems at once
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team
