Customer & Marketing Support Coordinator

About the role

The Customer & Marketing Support Coordinator will work closely with the customer‑facing management team and the wider Marketing Communications team to bring marketing and customer engagement initiatives to life. This full‑time secondment role involves a mix of social media, digital campaigns, webinars, events and customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and coordinate marketing communications and campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn content and monitor performance.
• Support website content updates and develop marketing collateral such as flyers, presentations, brochures and infographics.
• Coordinate conferences, sponsorships and educational events, and support the national webinar programme from promotion through delivery.
• Produce EDM communications and other customer‑facing content while keeping marketing activities and calendars organised.
• Provide responsive customer support and manage enquiries through the national inbox.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications or coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience creating EDM communications using platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Adobe suite experience (highly regarded).
