Customer Experience Specialist

About the role
Join REA Group’s Customer Support team in Sydney and become the front‑line contact for our property‑seeking customers and internal stakeholders. You will deliver fast, empathetic assistance across phone, email and web chat while helping to shape a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email and web chat in a professional, timely manner.
- Navigate multiple digital tools (Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce) while on calls and multitask in a high‑volume environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to find optimal solutions and influence outcomes.
- Identify and propose improvements to the employee and customer experience, as well as operational processes.
- Provide thoughtful feedback on REA products and services to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, contact centre, real estate).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service that builds loyalty and advocacy.
- Resilient, accountable and adaptable when handling complex customer situations.
