Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Karmo is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to help customers find the perfect car through its vehicle subscription service. You will guide customers through the subscription journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from onboarding to renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs.
• Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals and returns.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Required profile

• Automotive experience in a dealership, rental, or customer‑facing environment is desired but not essential.
• Extensive customer service experience with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• A current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive attitude and drive to grow with an expanding business.

Required skills

• Experience using multiple CRM systems.
• Confidence navigating new technology platforms.

What we offer

• On‑Target Earnings up to $75,000++ per annum plus super.
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 5:00 pm.
