Customer Engagement Partner – Cardiorenal (NSW)

About the role

Bayer is seeking a Customer Engagement Partner to join its Cardiorenal portfolio team in New South Wales, focusing on the Newcastle and North Coast region. In this field‑based position you will be the local face of Bayer, building trusted relationships with General Practitioners and Pharmacists to support patient outcomes and drive product prescribing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute agile 90‑day territory plans to maximise growth opportunities.
• Use customer insights, sales data and analytics to identify needs and deliver value‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address healthcare challenges and enhance the customer experience.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to manage customer engagement and monitor territory performance.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, product knowledge and ethical engagement.

Required profile

• Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience selling pharmaceutical, healthcare or OTC products to GPs or primary‑care settings.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a geographical territory.
