Customer Enablement Manager
Asana · Sydney
Job description
About the role
Asana is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager in its Sydney office, on an office-centric hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with most Asanas able to work from home on Mondays and Fridays). The role helps enterprise customers design, launch and adopt better ways of working with Asana, owning a portfolio of customers and covering discovery, workflow consultation, strategic enablement and scaled education, as well as project-based implementation work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Asana, customer priorities and how teams work, then recommend workflows and enablement approaches that improve adoption, efficiency and collaboration.
- Independently manage ongoing and time-bound customer engagements, from discovery and planning through delivery and follow-through, partnering with CSMs and account teams.
- Lead project-based implementations, managing projects from planning through workflow configuration, testing, launch and handoff while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Help customers adopt new ways of working, including AI-enabled workflows, by translating Asana capabilities into practical use cases.
- Facilitate workflow consultations, workshops, training programs and scalable learning experiences for end users, workflow owners, champions and business leaders.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in customer enablement, implementation, customer success, consulting, professional services, change management, learning and development or a related customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer engagements combining discovery, consultation, solution design, facilitation, implementation and enablement.
- Hands-on experience working directly with customers to turn business requirements into workflow designs and configure solutions through testing and launch.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and use them.
Required skills
- Project and portfolio management, balancing ongoing customers with time-bound implementation projects.
- Consultative problem solving and strong facilitation and communication skills with audiences from end users to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness of how implementation and adoption drive customer value, retention and expansion.
What we offer
- Estimated base salary range of 143,000-162,000 AUD, varying with market and qualifications.
- Possible additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay.
- Mental health, wellness and fitness benefits, career coaching, inclusive family building benefits, long-term savings or retirement plans, and in-office culinary options.
