Customer Care Representative – Support for Wellness Studios

About the role

Join Arketa’s Customer Experience team to be the first line of support for wellness studios, gyms, and providers using our platform. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide partners through features, and help shape the product based on real‑world feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Own each partner interaction across chat, email, and scheduled Zoom calls, building trust and delivering solutions.
• Resolve operational issues such as scheduling conflicts, payment questions, migration blockers, and integration hiccups.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations to unblock partners and improve the platform.
• Provide accurate, empathetic responses and ensure issues are fully resolved the first time.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a high‑volume customer support or contact‑center role with SLA and CSAT targets.
• Excellent written communication, able to explain complex topics clearly and warmly.
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and ability to prioritize multiple high‑priority tickets.
• Team player who contributes to process improvements and helps the team meet goals.

Required skills

• Experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite.
• Comfort using AI‑assisted tools to accelerate research and response drafting.
