Customer Care Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Representative will deliver high‑quality service to Victaulic’s distributors and clients, handling orders, enquiries and billing issues. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, quotations and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Respond to product, order and freight enquiries via phone and email.
• Analyse and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to supervisors or sales management.
• Track incoming and outgoing goods schedules and provide timely updates to customers and the sales team.
• Identify potential sales leads, system deficiencies and report them to the appropriate parties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a call‑centre environment.
• Goal‑oriented, reliable, self‑motivated and able to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, occasional overtime and travel daily to the Eagle Farm office.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience using an ERP system for order entry and management.
