CT Supervisor

About the role

Lake Imaging, part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Group, is seeking an aspiring or experienced CT Radiographer to step into a leadership opportunity in Ballarat. The role involves operating both Dual Source and Single Source Siemens CT scanners on a busy hospital site and a nearby private clinic, working closely with radiologists and specialist referrers across an evolving CT service including interventional, cardiac, trauma and dual energy scanning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people and refine protocols to foster a high-performing team environment
• Operate CT scanners and deliver high-quality patient care
• Contribute to or lead a multidisciplinary team
• Mentor, support and develop team members

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in CT Radiography
• Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
• Ability to mentor and support others, and commitment to continuous learning
