Crewing Coordinator

About the role

DOF is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to join its high‑performing team in Perth CBD. This permanent, full‑time position will act as the primary contact for offshore personnel coordination across APAC operations, handling mobilisation, compliance and logistics for a variety of vessel‑based roles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate crewing requirements in line with project schedules and rotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with offshore personnel and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation and ensure crew certifications meet regulatory standards.
• Handle visa applications, mobilisation logistics and maintain accurate HR and crewing records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in offshore crewing or a similar coordination role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures.
• Knowledge of marine crew competency and compliance requirements.
• Highly organised, problem‑solving and self‑motivated.
