About the role

McDonald's Australia is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join its team in Perth, WA. The restaurant offers casual, part-time and full-time positions covering customer service and food preparation. As a 24-hour business, flexible scheduling is provided, though working days and hours may change to meet the restaurant's needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and serve and assist customers
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Prepare hot, fresh food
• Work within a team to give customers the best quality and fastest experience
• Comply with restaurant safety and security standards

Required profile

• Well-presented, friendly and organised
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to lift, shift and move items
• Capable of hearing and responding to alerts and alarms
• Valid right to work in Australia; police check required if successful (applicants over 18)

Hospitality and retail experience is not required, as extensive training is provided, including barista training for those interested in the McCafe team.
