Creative Strategist – Performance & Paid Social

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist who can turn research into high‑impact ads that drive results across both direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) and B2B markets. You will own the full creative pipeline, from insight gathering to testing and iteration, ensuring creative scales profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end creative process for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, including research, angle development, scriptwriting, briefing, testing and iteration.
• Write hooks, headlines and direct‑response copy tailored to impulse buyers or buying committees.
• Brief editors, designers and UGC creators with clear, executable briefs.
• Own a weekly testing roadmap: scale winning creatives, retire under‑performers and document the rationale.
• Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to analyse creative‑level metrics (hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and inform next creative concepts.
• Mine customer reviews, Reddit threads, ad comments and sales calls for unique angles.
• Produce regular creative performance reports and lead review meetings with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative or paid social, preferably within an agency or fast‑moving in‑house team.
• Demonstrated track record of creative that scaled, with concrete examples of ads, angles and metrics.
• Experience with DTC and B2B accounts, or deep expertise in one and a strong desire to work in the other.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience using creative analytics tools such as Motion or Magic Brief.
• Strong scriptwriting and UGC briefing capabilities.
