Creative Strategist

About the role

First Page is seeking a Creative Strategist who blends creativity, psychology, and performance marketing. You will develop data‑driven creative strategies that boost campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google and emerging platforms. The role works closely with media buyers, copywriters, designers and digital strategists to turn insights into high‑impact ads.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse creative performance across paid media channels to uncover winning patterns and growth opportunities.
• Deep‑dive into metrics such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS to understand success factors.
• Develop innovative creative strategies aimed at improving engagement, conversions and overall campaign results.
• Translate performance insights into detailed creative briefs for copywriters, designers, video editors and content creators.
• Research competitor activity, emerging trends and viral formats to keep clients ahead of the market.
• Partner with Paid Media Specialists to establish continuous testing, optimisation and scaling frameworks.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance insights internally and, when required, directly to clients.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy, Direct Response Marketing or Performance Creative.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube and modern paid social advertising environments.
• Knowledge of consumer psychology, buyer behaviour and direct‑response marketing principles.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and data‑driven decision making.
