Creative Project Manager

About the role

Playe is looking for a Freelance Creative Project Manager to own end‑to‑end creative projects for its enterprise clients. Working remotely from Australia, you will coordinate briefs, talent, budgets and timelines to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Run projects from brief intake through proposal, execution and final delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and scope.
• Source and coordinate freelance creative talent from the Playe network.
• Own budgets and timelines, estimating costs, tracking spend and keeping projects on schedule.
• Maintain immaculate project documentation from start to close.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience with planning, scheduling, risk management and delivery of multiple concurrent creative projects.
• Background in advertising, marketing, design or creative production.
• Excellent client‑facing communication—calm, clear and proactive.
• Highly organised with an eye for detail; nothing slips.
• Familiarity with production workflows and the tools that support them.
• Self‑disciplined ability to work independently in a remote setting.
