Creative Marketing Manager

About the role

OneMRI is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to run the day‑to‑day creative and performance engine for paid acquisition. You will coordinate agencies, studios, creators and influencers while ensuring compliance before any content goes live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly media agency cadence, performance read‑outs, briefs and account hygiene.
• Drive monthly creative studio sprints, concept reviews, script and cut approvals, and shoot logistics including clinic coordination.
• Source, contract, brief and manage creators/influencers, handling usage rights, whitelisting and payments.
• Conduct first‑line compliance reviews of ad copy, scripts and captions against messaging guardrails.
• Maintain organic social content calendar, coordinate with in‑house tools and contribute content when needed.
• Report weekly performance metrics to the Head of Growth.

Required profile

• Experience managing creative or media agencies from the client side.
• Ability to spot non‑compliant health claims in scripts.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends and hook creation.
• Proven track record of building systems, templates or automations, including use of AI tools.
• Highly organised, able to run multiple vendor relationships without pre‑built systems.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a small‑team environment and focused on shipping results.
