Creative & Content Manager

About the role

Arc'teryx is seeking a Creative & Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of creative work and content across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape culturally relevant, omni‑channel experiences that support brand, product and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative and content development for brand, product, retail, digital, social and broader marketing channels.
• Translate marketing, go‑to‑market and commercial priorities into integrated creative concepts and content plans.
• Oversee end‑to‑end art direction, production and delivery for major brand moments, product launches and collections.
• Build and manage an always‑on content engine that delivers high‑quality, channel‑native content at scale.
• Source and manage photographers, directors, designers, creators and production partners.
• Set clear creative direction, provide feedback and ensure premium brand positioning.

Required profile

• Significant experience in premium apparel, sport, outdoor or culturally connected brands.
• Proven creative and content leadership within premium, cultural or fashion consumer brands.
• Strong track record of developing distinctive, culturally relevant creative work.
• Experience building always‑on content engines and delivering high‑volume, high‑quality content.
